Chef Nic Rodriguez, who has been in the business for more than 20 years, has set the bar higher for catering services in all events in the North. After Rufino’s became an established restaurant in 2014 in Ilocos Norte, it has become one of the well-respected and sought-after catering service providers, particularly in Paoay, Batac, and Currimao areas, where tourism and destination wedding industries are booming and keeps on flourishing.

We specialize in providing catering services for weddings, and we make things stress-free for you with an array of choices – plated course, multi-course, or all-out buffet course. We encourage you to have a taste of what we can offer before the event, and even this food tasting is a mini-event on its own. We assure you that whatever it is that you choose, everything is clean and to your liking - food, linens, and service. For out-of-town catering events, we arrive at the site at least 24 hours before reception time to build our makeshift kitchen, set the guests’ tables and chairs, and to make sure we are right on target. Most of our dishes are cooked on the spot, to ensure that the food is crisp, fresh, and delightful to the palate. To further ensure success of major events, we team up with only the best event stylists, coordinators, and other wedding suppliers, we working cohesively in achieving one goal.
