What an epic Manotoc-Manglapus wedding event in the gardens of St. Augustine Church in Paoay! It is indeed the wedding of the decade.
We provided plated dinner for 500 of the most important guests,(there were more than 3,000 guests!) thus, each of the dishes was prepared only minutes before serving, served warm and fresh! Anyone in the F & B industry would know how challenging this is. Our team deployment was about 80-member crew!
